Travel Designer

Location: Hybrid (London-based preferred)
Type:  Contract

 

The Black Diamond Tours is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Travel Designer to craft bespoke, high-end travel experiences for spiritually and culturally curious clients. This role involves working closely with individuals and private groups to curate meaningful journeys to sacred and historic destinations.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in bespoke or luxury travel planning

  • Strong background working with high-net-worth clients

  • Excellent knowledge of UK and European cultural destinations

  • Highly organized, with strong communication and time management skills

  • Proficient in itinerary design platforms and CRM tools

  • Calm, professional, and client-focused under pressure

  • Passion for cultural, spiritual, or heritage-based travel

 

Bonus: Experience in wellness travel, or spiritual tourism; fluency in a second language; academic background in history, theology, or anthropology.

Tour Guide​

Location: UK-wide | Type:  Contract

Lead groups through some of the UK’s most iconic sites with passion, precision, and storytelling excellence. Ideal candidates have experience guiding groups and a deep interest in history, archaeology, or sacred traditions.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a tour guide (minimum 1 year)

  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills

  • Deep knowledge of UK cultural landmarks (especially Stonehenge, Bath, Glastonbury, etc.)

  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

  • Punctual, professional, and comfortable managing group logistics

Driver-Tour Guide 

Location: Based in or near London | Type: FT / PT / Contract

We are seeking qualified driver-guides to deliver private or small-group tours with comfort, safety, and engaging commentary.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driver’s license with clean record

  • PCO/private hire license preferred

  • Previous experience as a driver-guide

  • Excellent knowledge of key UK destinations and roadways

  • Friendly, professional, and safety-focused
